Autumn

Φθινόπωρο

Αγαπημένες μου φίλες, αγαπημένοι μου φίλοι, σας παραθέτω ένα ποίημά μου, γραμμένο ειδικά για τις Ιστορίες του φθινοπώρου που διοργανώνει με μεγάλη επιτυχία η Μαρία. Πώς σας φαίνεται;

Dear friends, I present you my poem, written especially for the Autumn stories that Maria organises with great success. What do you think?

Φθινόπωρο

Άνοιξη σε αγάπησα

φθινόπωρο μου βγήκες,
χειμώνιασές μου την καρδιά

μάγισσα και μ’ αφήκες.

Ήντα’ θελες με, λυγερή,

να με λαλείς στη στράτα;

Αφού’ χες άλλον στην καρδιά

και θώριες τον στα μάτια.

Εμένα σαν μ’ αντίκρυσες

αγάπη μου με είπες,

με χάιδευες, με φίλαγες,

μα στην ψυχή δε μ’ είχες.

Ανάθεμά σε έμορφη,

δυο μέτρα άντρα μπόι,

εσκλάβωσές με κουζουλή

κι αλάργεψές μου απόι.

Όπου κι αν είσαι τώρα δα

να το γροικάς μικρή μου

μ’ απόκανες και δάκρυσα

κι ας βάστιε η ψυχή μου.

Κι απού’ χα λάβρα στην καρδιά

δε νοιάστηκες λιγάκι

κι απήρές μου την τη λαλιά

μην τραγουδήσω πάλι.

Τη δύναμή μου ήβρα ξανά

και χώρια σου ανασαίνω,

τώρα μια νέα κοπελιά

που θέλει με λατρεύω.

Autumn

I loved you in the spring

but you were autumn,

you brought winter to my heart,

witch, and then you left me.

Why did you want, my love,

to walk with me in the streets?

Someone else was in your heart

and you were looking in his eyes.

When you first saw me

you called me “my love”,

you were touching me and kissing me,

but you did not put me in your heart.

Damn you beautiful,

I am a tall handsome man,

but you made me your slave

and then you just left me.

Wherever you are now,

listen my little lady,

you finished me and I cried

though I was so strong.

My heart was burning

but you did not care

and took my voice

not to sing any more.

But I found my strength again

and I can breathe without you.

Now I love a new girl

who really wants to be with me.
